Kettler Scooter Skiddy

I have found something interesting on Amazon. Some of you might not ever heard about this before. This is Kettler Scooter Skiddy which is quite cheap on Amazon. So, I have to say "it's a big BARGAINNNNNNN"
If you don't buy it, you will regret later. hehe.
I have some information copied from Amazon( I hope they will not accuse me about license on this information)

Scooters are beloved by kids of all ages, but true young-uns need a scooter designed just for them. Enter the Kettler Scooter Skiddy, which is recommended for children between the ages of 18 months and 4 years. Unlike most scooters, the Scooter Skiddy actually has two wheels in the rear rather than one, adding stability for the average tyke. At the same time, the scooter's heavy-duty footplate is both extra wide--the better to accommodate a young child's unsteady foot--and slip-resistant. The end result is a great scooter for developing a child's all-important balance and coordination. And cost-conscious parents will love the eight-position adjustable handlebar that grows with your child. Thanks to the handlebar, you won't need to give away the scooter just because little Sabine experienced a two-month growth spurt. And finally, the scooter includes a rear footbrake for slowing down. The Scooter Skiddy is backed by a three-year warranty.

Here it is, some specification for Kettler Scooter Skiddy.

Refreshing to find such a well constructed kiddy toy.

The quality of the welds, for one thing, is supurb.

Credit the Germans for keeping the bar high.
This was easy to assemble and steers very smoothly. It's perfect for us because our older boy (3.5 years) can use it to the max, while the younger one (1.5 years) is learning to ride it with assistance. By the time the older one is ready to move on to a more advanced model or a bike, the little guy will be ready to take over.
We got this scooter for my son for his 3rd birthday. He would ask for a scooter all the time to be like the "big" kids on our block. I was worried to get him a 2 wheel scooter or a razor as I thought it would be too hard and he would get hurt or frustrated. I debated betweeen this and the radio flyer scooter, but the solid construction, adjustable handle, and larger front wheel sold me on this one. He LOVES this scooter - the front wheel is large and easy to steer, the platform is wide and easy to stay on, and the back wheels add balance. After using it just a week or so he even started to get the hang of coasting. I like the scooter also because it is really well made. I have seen many cheaper 3 wheel models and some have cute pictures on them or are a theme and they seem like they would be much harder to ride and not last long. Definitely worth the extra cost for all you get. Plus in a few years he can pass it along to his baby brother! This is definitely a case of you get what you pay for - in a good way.
My 3 year old loves this scooter!!! Even with his enormous size 12 feet he's able to ride this scooter with his friends on the road. This was the perfect birthday present for him. It's built so well, only problem was the plastic hubcaps fell off almost immediately, but who needs them really anyway?
It's a decent product, but overpriced.

The main reason I'm writing this review is to share an assembly trick. You are instructed to slide the two yellow rubber handles onto the ends of the handlebar. The problem is that they're too tight to go on. The instructions suggest soaking them in warm water to expand them. I tried several times with increasingly hot water (heated on the stove), but it hardly helped. The only thing that worked was to put the handlebar in the freezer for an hour. Then the rubber handles slipped on with no problem.

I hope you may be interested in these items as well.

Thanks Cartooniverse and zemaserver for helping us gathered the information.
